Welcome to the only island on Little Silver Lake, just west of Perth.
1 Little Silver Lake is a two-acre island, joined by a very short and solid bridge to the mainland. It is accessible in winter and is fully winterised, so you can escape from the heat of the city summer or the greyness of the city winter.
The main house on the island offers four double bedrooms (two queen beds and two double bunks); three bathrooms; an entertainment den with a projection television, music keyboard and drum kit; a pool room; a library of real books and a main floor hospitality area with kitchen, dining and lounge. Two wood burning stoves offer warmth and comfort whilst the baseboard heating ensures even heat everywhere. The whole house is flooded with healing, natural light.
The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and gadgets, and for outdoor cooking there is a large barbecue.
As well as the main house, there is a large woodshed and boat shed (with boats), plus a dock. The “Lego cabin” can double as a table-tennis room.
